UI Admin Panel Updates

The portal and the backend now support OIDC group mappings to enable the Admin dashboard for administrator users.

The admin panel contains a single pane of glass with the infrastructure health.

Additionally it is now possible to specify Prometheus Alerts, which can alter the routing decision. Check out the video below for details
